People learn software faster when every tool is connected to a practical reason, a visible result and a workflow they can use again.
Software training works best when it feels connected to the work people actually do. I prefer exercises that lead to a useful model, drawing or solved problem instead of a list of commands without context.

When learners understand why a workflow is structured in a certain way, they can adapt it later. They are not only memorising where a tool lives.
## Leave people with a repeatable method
My aim is confidence: knowing how to start, how to check the work and how to recover when something goes wrong. That is more valuable than completing one perfect classroom example.
